Sales Engineer, Product Integrations

Zama builds Fully Homomorphic Encryption (FHE) technology that lets digital assets be issued, managed and traded privately on public blockchains such as Ethereum and Solana. As Sales Engineer, Product Integrations, you become the product-side technical lead in partner conversations, working alongside Business Development to explain how the Zama Protocol works and to turn partner use cases into concrete integrations. The role is based in Paris, with full remote possible.

Missions

  • Be the technical voice in partner conversations: join calls as the product-side lead and explain the Zama Protocol to audiences ranging from executives to engineers.
  • Run technical and product discovery: qualify partner needs, build discovery checklists and translate DeFi use cases into SDK capabilities.
  • Own the technical narrative through decks, demos and solution walkthroughs that show how FHE and confidential tokens work in practice.
  • Answer hard technical questions accurately, live and in writing, while staying credible about what the technology can and cannot do.
  • Create bespoke demos and proofs of concept showing confidential tokens in partner-relevant contexts.
  • Close the loop with Product: surface partner objections, blockers and feature gaps to the Product Integrations and SDK engineering teams.

Profile

  • 8+ years in sales engineering, pre-sales, solutions consulting or technical evangelism, ideally in developer infrastructure, blockchain, wallets, custody or fintech.
  • Exceptional communication skills; able to simplify complex technology, including cryptography, without oversimplifying.
  • Strong at building decks, demos and technical storytelling.
  • Fluent in the blockchain, wallet and custodian ecosystem, with working knowledge of DeFi and on-chain finance mechanics.
  • Presence and judgment to represent Zama solo in senior, high-stakes conversations.
  • Nice to have: experience with privacy-preserving tech (FHE, ZK, MPC), prior work at a wallet, exchange, custody or blockchain infrastructure company, ability to read codebases.
