About Roundtable: Roundtable is an AI-first asset servicer that sets up and administers SPVs and funds in Luxembourg and France, automating regulatory and fund management processes. The Operations Lead runs the SPV Operations team, which administers vehicles from setup and investor onboarding through to closure.
Missions
- Own execution across the full SPV lifecycle, from setup and investor onboarding to capital calls, transfers, distributions and closure.
- Ensure every operation meets quality standards and regulatory or contractual deadlines.
- Own operational performance and workload across the SPV portfolio.
- Manage the SPV Operations team by assigning work, balancing capacity, reviewing output and keeping ownership clear.
- Develop team members through regular feedback, strong onboarding and clear career progression.
- Act as the escalation point for complex requests, incidents and sensitive client situations.
- Own incident response and give Sales reliable answers on operational feasibility and timelines.
- Use KPIs to identify where delivery, quality or capacity needs to improve.
- Work with the Operations Excellence Lead, Product, Sales, Legal and Fund Operations on processes, tooling and automation.
Profile
- Strong experience in fintech or legaltech operations, such as fund administration, corporate services, asset servicing or SPV and fund operations.
- Exposure to Luxembourg or French investment vehicles is a plus.
- Experience managing or coordinating an operations team, including allocating work, reviewing output and developing people.
- Strong execution discipline and judgement across multiple deadlines, incidents and client requests.
- Clear communicator, comfortable with clients and cross-team collaboration, fluent in French and English.
- Comfortable with technology, automation and AI, and motivated to help a team adopt new ways of working.
