About: Youtrust (formerly Yousign) is a European digital-trust platform offering eSignatures, identity verification and eSeals for compliant workflows, with offices across France and Europe. As Head of Legal, you will lead the legal function of a fast-growing, regulated trust-services company.
Missions
- Lead all legal matters, including commercial contracts, data protection and compliance.
- Advise leadership on regulatory topics specific to trust and eSignature services.
- Build and scale legal processes, templates and policies.
- Manage and develop the legal team and external counsel.
Profile
- Qualified lawyer with strong experience in tech, SaaS or regulated services.
- Solid knowledge of data protection and, ideally, eIDAS or trust-services regulation.
- Pragmatic, business-oriented and comfortable in a scale-up.
- Fluent English and French.
