About: Hexa is a startup studio that partners with founders to build and scale ventures across SaaS, AI, fintech and emerging technologies, with teams in Paris and San Francisco. As VP Finance & Investments, you will steer the financial and investment strategy of the studio and its ventures.
Missions
- Lead financial planning, modelling and reporting across the studio and its ventures.
- Structure and manage investment operations, from analysis to execution.
- Partner with founders on fundraising, cap tables and financial strategy.
- Build the finance function and processes to support growth.
Profile
- Strong finance and investment background, ideally in venture, private equity or a startup studio.
- Excellent financial modelling and analytical skills.
- Comfortable operating across multiple ventures with high autonomy.
- Fluent English; Paris-based with time in San Francisco.
