Business Operations Manager

One of La Fourche’s three strategic pillars for 2026 is to build a leaner and more efficient organisation.

To lead this transformation, the company is recruiting a Business Operations Manager within the Product team.

Your Role

Identify, design, and deploy solutions that improve team performance across daily operations. This includes automating tasks, enhancing process quality, and integrating low/no-code and AI tools into workflows.

Main Missions

1. Map and challenge internal processes
Engage with business teams to understand workflows and identify improvement levers such as time, quality, and reliability.
Prioritise opportunities based on business impact and feasibility.

2. Design and implement solutions
Define the best approach—tooling, automation, AI, or process redesign—and manage implementation in project mode.
Build solutions directly using no-code or low-code tools, working with the Tech team as a sparring partner for complex challenges.
Monitor results and iterate continuously.

3. Drive AI adoption across La Fourche
Act as an ambassador of the “AI-powered” culture within the company.

You will join a Product team of four people: one Head of Product, one Product Designer, and two Product Managers. You will report directly to the Head of Product.
The role is based in Paris, with frequent remote work possible. Occasional visits to the Mitry (93) warehouse are required once or twice per month.

Benefits

  • Free La Fourche membership and 20% discount on the entire catalogue.
  • At least €25 per month in employee benefits through Leeto (culture, transport, sports).
  • Meal vouchers (Swile).
  • Up to three remote workdays per week and four fully remote weeks per year in France.
  • Friendly offices in Paris, Bordeaux, and Berlin.
  • Regular team gatherings such as offsites, company anniversaries, and breakfasts.
  • A meaningful mission within a dynamic, growing company committed to making organic and sustainable food accessible to all.

Desired Profile

  • At least three years of experience combining analysis, cross-functional project management, and process improvement in Business Operations, Product Operations, or Project Management.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage, understand, and align diverse teams.
  • High prioritisation ability to focus on the most impactful business and operational initiatives.
  • Comfortable with no-code/low-code tools and enjoys building practical solutions.
  • Strong interest in AI tools, with experience leading at least one AI-focused project.
  • Solid analytical mindset, using data to understand issues, measure effects, and persuade.
  • Looking for a high-impact role at the heart of a mission-driven company using lean and AI as concrete performance levers.

Interview Process

  1. Initial interview with an HR team member.
  2. Technical interview with the Head of Product and completion of a use case.
  3. Final interview with the HR Director and a Co-founder.
