Your missions: Design and enhance scalable, robust services to handle our daily volume. Optimise architecture (microservices, event-driven, API-first). Work on strategic legacy systems and lead modernization initiatives. Contribute to cross-functional projects spanning logistics, e-commerce, and warehousing. Share your expertise through code reviews, pair programming, and mentoring.
Example projects: Boosting performance on the checkout flow. Rewriting services to improve resilience and modularity. Delivering smooth, reliable new features for customers. Strengthening application security. Managing connectors between internal services and external partners. Modernising and externalising warehouse tools (supply order management, stock control, order preparation, etc.).
Tech stack: Backend: Node.js, TypeScript, Golang, Google Pub/Sub. Frontend: Next.js, React, React Native, Expo. API: REST, GraphQL. Ops: Google Cloud, Terraform, GitHub Actions, Continuous Delivery. Databases: MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis, BigQuery.

Requirements: 6+ years of experience in back-end development (Node.js or Golang). Strong understanding of distributed architectures and APIs.
