Missions
- Source and screen new investment opportunities across Serena’s focus sectors
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and financial modeling to support investment decisions
- Prepare investment memos and materials for the investment committee
- Support portfolio companies with ad hoc strategic and operational requests
- Build and maintain relationships with founders, co-investors, and the broader startup ecosystem
Profile
- Strong academic background (business, engineering, or equivalent)
- Prior experience in venture capital, investment banking, consulting, or a high-growth startup
- Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills
- Genuine curiosity about technology and early-stage companies
- Fluent French and English
