Lucis is building the OS for human longevity, with the mission of making preventive health the default for every person in Europe. As Founders Associate, you will be the CEO’s strategic right hand: the force multiplier that turns ambiguity into execution, owning critical cross-functional projects, building scalable systems and interfacing with investors and partners on the CEO’s behalf. The role is based full-time at the Paris hub.
Missions
- Draft monthly investor updates and maintain the investor CRM.
- Coordinate board materials and follow-up action items.
- Lead international expansion preparation (UK, Portugal, Spain).
- Build systems and dashboards giving the CEO visibility across the company.
- Run weekly leadership syncs with department heads.
- Ship complex cross-functional projects end to end, from financial models to crisp decks.
Profile
- 3-5 years in high-growth startups, strategy consulting or investment banking.
- Direct experience working with founders or C-level executives in a fast-paced, 0-to-1 environment.
- Master of execution: builds financial models, writes crisp decks, ships projects end to end.
- Power user of SaaS and AI tools (Notion, Airtable, Figma, ChatGPT, Claude) and advanced Excel/Google Sheets.
- Exceptional writer, able to draft investor memos, board materials and strategic docs.
- Fluent in English and French, with European market context.
- Thrives on ambiguity, extreme ownership and a builder mindset; comfortable with frequent context-switching.
