Zuständigkeiten
- Ensuring the continuous improvement of business processes related to Operations (installation, commissioning, ramp-up) to guarantee their execution within the allotted time frame, at the expected level of quality, and within the defined budget
- Working closely with on-site operational teams to identify and implement pragmatic improvement actions that deliver concrete and quantifiable results
- Facilitating knowledge sharing and standardisation of practices within the operational community
- Spending time at different sites to develop an operational network and be recognised as a “trusted partner” by operational staff
- Create and maintain useful and appropriate documentation (process mapping, standards, norms, etc.) by applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards
- Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business process performance and identify areas for improvement
- Lead change management related to process changes (training, communication plan, etc.)
- Ensure the development of IT solutions linked to the processes concerned in collaboration with the IT team by identifying and prioritising needs, drafting user requirements specifications (URS), validating the solution, and managing deployment
- Collaborate with the various stakeholders (team members, managers, directors, etc.) to complete improvement projects
- Support, supervise, and train less experienced BPOs
Profile
- Proven experience (3+ years) in a continuous improvement or operational excellence role
- Solid knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred)
- Results-oriented mindset
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and leadership skills
Travel within the Western Europe BU (50%)
