About Tracklab

Tracklab is building the system of record for regulated supply chains. In critical industries like food & beverage, chemicals, packaging, flavours & fragrances, animal nutrition and pharma, compliance data still moves through emails, PDFs and spreadsheets. As regulation accelerates across Europe and globally (technical data, product safety, ESG), this creates regulatory exposure, multi-million euro recalls, poor data reliability and heavy operational friction.

Tracklab provides the infrastructure layer that allows industrial companies to collect, structure, validate and securely share trusted supplier and product data, in an auditable, AI-native way. Seed-stage, backed by Kima, already working with 100+ industrial companies and 30k+ suppliers across food, cosmetics, packaging, animal nutrition and chemicals.

The role

As Tracklab accelerates towards €1.5m ARR by end of 2026 and targets €10m ARR in the coming years, you will be central to revenue growth. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close, with a particular focus on mid-market industrial customers (15–50k€ ARR per deal). Main operating language is French; English proficiency is required.

What you will achieve

  • Take ownership of the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing qualified leads.
  • Close new business with mid-market customers and contribute directly to revenue targets.
  • Maintain an accurate forecast by managing a pipeline of high-potential prospects.
  • Represent Tracklab with C-level and operational decision makers (Quality/Regulatory, Managing Directors, Finance, Tech).
  • Work closely with the founders and Sales Lead to continuously improve the sales process, playbooks and KPIs.
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally with Product and Customer Success.

Profile

  • 2–4 years of SaaS sales experience, ideally in fields tied to process digitalisation.
  • Able to hunt, qualify and close new business; comfortable with multi-stakeholder cycles of 2–6 months.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; confident with C-level executives.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, adaptable, and eager to shape the company’s processes.
  • Proficient in English (international growth, English-speaking stakeholders).
  • Bonus: interest in quality management, CSR, supply chain or procurement; familiarity with SPIN, GAP selling or MEDDPICC.

Package

  • Permanent contract (CDI), €45k fixed + €45k OTE + BSPCE.
  • Office-first, flexible remote; 50% public transport reimbursement; Swile meal vouchers.
  • Office in Montmartre (Paris, 75018) with a view on Sacré-Cœur.
