The platform connects to more than 130 health record systems across Europe, and the Paris team is growing to serve French care organisations.
Missions
- Lead integration projects with partners, EHR vendors and healthcare systems in France and across Europe.
- Map external systems against the Tandem platform and propose integration designs with partners.
- Coordinate engineering, partnerships and external stakeholders across the Paris and Stockholm teams.
- Turn technical requirements into priorities, plans and deliverables.
- Work with engineers on APIs, data models and architecture decisions.
- Manage bottlenecks, dependencies and delivery velocity.
- Build processes and templates for integrations and technical delivery.
- Track progress, surface risks and keep stakeholders informed.
- Support the sales team with technical questions from customers.
Profile
- Experience as a Technical Project Manager or similar role in SaaS, platform or healthtech companies.
- Ability to lead cross-functional work with internal and external stakeholders.
- Technical fluency with APIs, authentication, integrations and system design.
- Strong risk management and communication skills and a product mindset.
- Native-level French and professional English.
- Experience in healthcare or regulated environments, FHIR or HL7 familiarity, or light hands-on coding is a plus.
