About: Genesis AI builds Physical AI capabilities for robotics, taking research from the lab to real customer sites. As Technical Product Manager in the Deployment team, you will own the roadmap that turns research breakthroughs into deployable, customer-facing products.
Missions
- Own the product roadmap needed to deploy the core Physical AI capabilities.
- Turn complex technical trade-offs between research, robotics engineering and field deployment into clear product decisions.
- Define what “ready for a customer site” means through success metrics, reliability thresholds and scope boundaries for each release.
- Drive alignment across distributed research, engineering and field operations teams.
- Supervise proofs of concept and pilots for customers, partners and internal projects, and work with the robotics team on requirements.
Profile
- Track record of shipping technical products where managing complex trade-offs was the core challenge.
- Technical depth to read policy evaluations, understand sim-to-real gaps and contribute to complex debugging sessions.
- Strong preference for learning in the field over the whiteboard.
- Excellent writing, with specs and decision logs that stand on their own.
- Comfortable with incomplete information in a fast-moving field, with international experience.
- Experience in deployment, robotics or autonomy is a bonus.
