This role sits within the Office of the CTO to drive strategic and operational excellence across the technology organisation.
Missions
- Support the CTO on strategic planning, priorities and cross-team initiatives.
- Structure and run key operating rhythms across the technology organisation.
- Turn complex problems into clear analyses and actionable recommendations.
- Drive high-impact projects end to end, coordinating multiple stakeholders.
Profile
- Experience in consulting, strategy, or operations in a fast-scaling tech company.
- Strong analytical and structuring skills with excellent communication.
- Comfortable working closely with technical teams and leadership.
- Fluent English; based in or near Paris.
