As Senior Product Manager, you will own the product roadmap and turn complex building-operations needs into a clear, scalable platform.
Missions
- Define and prioritise the product roadmap in line with company strategy and customer needs.
- Translate building-management and IoT requirements into clear specifications for the engineering team.
- Lead the full product lifecycle, from discovery and design through delivery and iteration.
- Work closely with customers, sales and operations to validate features and measure impact.
- Track product performance and continuously refine the experience for building operators.
Profile
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, ideally in IoT, SaaS or building/energy technology.
- Ability to translate technical and business constraints into a coherent product vision.
- Strong analytical, prioritisation and stakeholder-management skills.
- Comfortable working with engineering, design and commercial teams.
- Fluent communication in a fast-moving scale-up environment.
