As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for supporting all Revolt.eco clients from the start of their subscription through their annual renewal, including upselling additional features. Your main objective will be to ensure strong product usage and high user satisfaction to minimise client churn.
You will act as the bridge between user needs and the product/tech team, helping shape the roadmap with new features. Your role sits at the core of our retention strategy and product development efforts, with the following key responsibilities:
Customer Support
Serve as the main point of contact for users, addressing their questions and feedback on how they use Revolt.eco.
New Client Onboarding
Organise training sessions and ensure smooth adoption of the platform by new users.
Maximise Platform Usage
Ensure that users fully understand and adopt the solution. Aim for 100% of their projects to be created within Revolt.eco.
Annual Subscription Renewal
Maintain client satisfaction to secure annual renewals and keep churn at the lowest possible level. Turn our users into genuine ambassadors for Revolt.eco.
Increase Contract Value Over Time
Revolt.eco continuously releases new features and services for installers. You will be responsible for upselling these enhancements once a client is onboarded.
Promote New Features
Support the launch, communication, and adoption of new features through email, messaging, webinars, and other channels.
At Revolt.eco, initiative is encouraged, and every proposal is heard. We value experimentation and believe we grow faster by trying new ideas.
