About: Ecair is a Paris-based fintech that finances the energy transition, acting as the financial co-pilot for construction companies by helping them sell more renovation projects while securing their cash flow. The Product Engineer joins a product team built around full-stack engineers who own both the technical and product sides of what they ship.
Missions
- Work across the full technical stack as a full-stack engineer, with TypeScript, React and PostgreSQL.
- Take part in defining product needs, and in announcing and monitoring products.
- Take strong ownership of product and technical verticals.
- Work with the operational teams to ensure product quality.
- Contribute to key initiatives, including an agentic platform that automates case processing and consumer financing products for the ecological transition.
- Deliver quickly and to a high standard, using modern tooling and AI-assisted development.
Profile
- At least 4 years’ experience as a Software Engineer or Product Engineer.
- Background in product-led, technology-driven environments.
- Confirmed full-stack skills, ideally in TypeScript.
- Product mindset and interest in defining needs as well as building features.
- Motivated by Ecair’s energy transition mission.
