Jitter is a browser-based motion-design tool that lets teams create animated graphics and videos collaboratively — a fast, simple way to produce motion content. As Jitter’s first People Lead, you will build the People function from the ground up.
Missions
- Own recruiting and employer branding to attract top talent.
- Design onboarding, performance and development processes.
- Build People policies, tooling and culture initiatives from scratch.
- Support managers and leadership on organisation and people topics.
- Shape the employee experience as the team grows.
Profile
- Experience in People/HR or talent, ideally in a startup or scale-up.
- Comfortable building processes from scratch with an ownership mindset.
- Strong interpersonal, organisational and communication skills.
- Hands-on and adaptable in an early-stage environment.
- Fluent in English; on-site in Paris (Le Marais).
