Prismic is the website automation platform and headless CMS used by more than 5,000 companies, including AXA, Deliveroo and Ticketmaster, to build and personalise their websites. Based in Paris on a hybrid schedule, the Finance Manager acts as a business partner to the CFO and operational leaders, owning analysis, planning, accounting coordination and finance operations for the French and US entities.
Missions
- Lead monthly closing, analyse the P&L, monitor cash flow and track key SaaS metrics (ARR, churn, CAC/LTV).
- Run the annual budget, rolling forecasts and business scenarios together with operational teams.
- Coordinate external accountants and auditors and manage monthly closings for the French and US entities.
- Oversee billing, procurement, expense management and payroll coordination.
- Identify bottlenecks in finance workflows and implement automation and AI tools to streamline them.
- Prepare executive-level analyses and presentations for the CFO and leadership team.
Profile
- At least 4 years of experience, including 3+ years in financial audit or transaction services at a top firm.
- 2+ years in FP&A or a finance role at a tech startup or scale-up.
- Strong accounting and finance knowledge; advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Experience with or strong interest in automation and AI tools.
- Autonomous, analytical and proactive; a team player at ease in a multicultural, fast-paced environment.
- Native French speaker with fluent English.
