ElevenLabs is an AI audio research and product company whose voice, speech and agent technology is used by millions of people and thousands of businesses worldwide. The company is hiring a Chief of Staff GTM for France, a remote-first role with a preference for Paris-based candidates, to build the revenue operations backbone of the French go-to-market team and act as the right hand of its leadership.
Missions
- Build revenue operations (~50%): run weekly pipeline inspections, monthly business reviews and quarterly assessments.
- Guarantee data accuracy so that every number is reconstructable from source.
- Own territory modeling, Salesforce hygiene and BigQuery reporting infrastructure.
- Execute local campaigns while leveraging the central Growth team’s standards.
- Executive support (~30%): produce board updates, QBR content, all-hands materials and executive briefings; surface early signals and make sure decisions stick after meetings.
- Cross-functional projects (~20%): own initiatives such as onboarding, enablement, partner attribution and events.
- Replace manual processes with automation and AI-powered workflows.
Profile
- Proven track record of shipping AI agents, skills or automations that other people now depend on.
- Hands-on expertise with GTM tooling: Clay, Salesforce, SQL, APIs and webhooks.
- Able to deliver decision-ready analysis and modeling.
- Fluency in enterprise GTM with 6-12 month, procurement-heavy sales cycles.
- Native-level French and fluent professional English.
- Low ego, high ownership; comfortable operating across CET and GMT time zones.
