Ledger provides security and infrastructure solutions to critical digital assets for consumers and institutional investors. As Business Line Manager (Swap), based in Paris (hybrid), you’ll own and grow Ledger’s Swap business end-to-end.
Missions
- Own the Swap business line’s performance, from revenue to delivered rate for users
- Manage and grow Ledger’s ecosystem of swap and liquidity partners
- Define and execute the roadmap for the Swap product line
- Analyze performance data to identify growth opportunities and optimize partner mix
- Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and partnerships teams
Profile
- Experience in crypto, fintech, or a similar partnerships/business line management role
- Strong understanding of crypto trading, swaps, or liquidity dynamics a plus
- Comfortable owning a P&L-style business line with significant autonomy
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Fluent French and English
