Venue Manager

About Sant Roch

Since antiquity, collective baths have been places of connection, regeneration and social bonding, from Roman thermae to Japanese onsen and Russian banyas. Sant Roch sits in that heritage, reinventing these rituals for a new generation who is looking for wellness, longevity and singular experiences in contemporary venues.

Since opening in March 2026 demand has outstripped capacity. We are a high-growth brand in France and internationally, with the ambition to become the leading wellness brand in Europe, with venues across European capitals within six years. Pre-seed, backed by business angels.

The role

The Venue Manager is a 100% on-site role. You sit at the heart of operations, in direct contact with the teams and with customers. You lead a team of 20+ people, including assistant managers, Flow Managers, front-of-house and cleaning teams, and you own the site’s commercial and operational performance. You are the person who ensures every customer leaves wanting to return, which is our number-one priority.

Key responsibilities

  • Guarantee the best possible experience to every customer, every session, without exception.
  • Manage a team of 20+ daily: recruitment, training, rotas, commercial drive.
  • Build and run rotas for the full on-site team.
  • Ensure Sant Roch processes and operating standards are properly applied.
  • Uphold impeccable hygiene by rigorously following the relevant protocols.
  • Drive the venue’s commercial activity: membership sales, retention, target tracking.
  • Own the site’s financial performance: revenue, cost control, weekly reporting.
  • Manage purchasing and inventory (linen, cleaning products, boutique).
  • Coordinate maintenance suppliers.

Profile

  • Hands-on operational experience in hospitality, food & beverage, wellness or premium retail.
  • Proven experience managing sizeable teams (10+).
  • Rigour in applying processes; our craft is a sum of small details.
  • Natural leadership, reliable, organised, responsive.
  • Strong customer-service instincts; able to build lasting trust-based relationships.
  • Commercial appetite; you enjoy selling and driving a performance culture.
  • Comfortable with management KPIs and reporting tools.

Practical information

  • Location: Paris, 1st arrondissement.
  • 100% on-site.
  • Variable hours per rota, including mornings, evenings and weekends.
  • Permanent contract with fixed salary plus performance bonus.
