The role
As M&A Lead, you will drive the acquisition strategy across Paris and London, identifying, analysing and closing opportunities to accelerate Jump’s growth across Europe. You will work hand-in-hand with the founders and leadership team, owning deal pipeline, financial modelling, negotiation and post-acquisition integration.
What you will do
- Build and manage the M&A pipeline across target markets.
- Lead financial modelling, valuation and due diligence.
- Run negotiation and deal execution alongside leadership and advisors.
- Define and execute post-merger integration plans with operating teams.
- Build the case for each acquisition and present to the board.
Profile
- Prior experience in M&A at an investment bank, Big Four transactions team, PE, or corporate development.
- Strong financial modelling and commercial judgement.
- Comfortable operating across geographies and stakeholder levels.
- Fluent in French and English.
