Pelico builds a manufacturing-operations platform that unifies fragmented supply-chain, production and quality data into a single real-time picture, using AI to help factory teams anticipate disruptions and coordinate their response. As Head of AI Ops, you will lead how AI capabilities are operationalised across the platform and customer deployments.
Missions
- Define and lead the AI operations strategy across Pelico’s platform and customer base.
- Industrialise AI and data workflows, ensuring reliability, quality and scalability in production.
- Partner with product, engineering and data-science teams to move AI features from prototype to production.
- Establish monitoring, evaluation and continuous-improvement practices for AI systems.
- Work with enterprise customers to deliver measurable operational impact.
Profile
- Strong experience in AI/ML, data or operations roles, including production deployment.
- Proven ability to lead teams and cross-functional initiatives.
- Solid technical foundation across data pipelines, ML systems and cloud environments.
- Comfortable working with enterprise manufacturing or complex B2B customers.
- Fluent in English.
