Missions
- Lead cross-functional projects that improve operational efficiency and scalability.
- Identify bottlenecks across the customer and operations lifecycle and design better processes.
- Partner with country and functional teams to roll out and standardise best practices.
- Build the data, tooling and automation needed to run operations at scale.
- Turn ambiguous problems into structured, measurable initiatives.
Profile
- Experience in operations, strategy, consulting or a founder/EIR role in a fast-growing company.
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on, ownership-driven and comfortable with ambiguity.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management across teams.
- Fluent in English.
