AssoConnect is a software platform that makes association management easier for nonprofits and clubs. As VP Engineering, based in Paris (hybrid), you’ll lead delivery and execution for a ~15-person engineering team, reporting to the CTO.
Missions
- Own People, Delivery, and Execution for the engineering organization
- Partner with the CTO, who retains strategy and technical vision, on translating priorities into an executable roadmap
- Build and develop the engineering team, including hiring, coaching, and performance management
- Improve engineering processes and delivery predictability
- Ensure engineering execution aligns with product and business priorities
Profile
- Significant experience in engineering management, ideally leading a team of similar size
- Strong track record of improving delivery and execution in a scale-up environment
- Comfortable partnering closely with a technical co-founder/CTO
- Fluent French and English
