Gradium builds audio language models for ultra-low latency voice generation, transcription, and real-time interactions. As Product Manager, based in Paris, you’ll help shape the product roadmap for Gradium’s audio AI platform.
Missions
- Define and drive the product roadmap in collaboration with engineering and research teams
- Translate customer needs and technical constraints into clear product requirements
- Work closely with ML/audio engineers to ship new voice AI capabilities
- Gather feedback from early customers and partners to prioritize the roadmap
- Own product metrics and iterate based on usage data
Profile
- Experience as a Product Manager, ideally in AI, audio, or developer-facing products
- Comfortable working closely with ML/research teams and understanding technical trade-offs
- Strong prioritization skills and a bias toward shipping
- Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
