We are looking for a dynamic PR Director to join us on a contract basis, which could then be switched to a permanent position. The successful candidate will develop and implement PR strategies, manage client relations, and ensure that the PR objectives align with our clients’ business goals.

• Oversee and manage all public relations and communications activities for contracted clients.
• Develop and implement strategic PR plans for clients in various industries using our incoming platform.
• Build strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, and other stakeholders.
• Evaluate the outcomes of PR campaigns and provide insights for improvement.
• Represent the company at industry events, public meetings, and media.
• Coordinate closely with other departments to align PR activities with the overall business strategy.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• At least 5-8 years of experience in public relations, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong network within the media industry.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Possess the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in using PR software and tools (e.g., Prowly and SEO).

Compensation:

• This is a contract-based role with performance-based incentives.

Bonus Points:

• Existing experience in pharma is a plus.
