About: Swan is an embedded-banking platform that lets companies add accounts, cards and payments directly into their own products, with teams across Paris and Europe. This role focuses on making payment operations faster and smarter through automation and AI.
Missions
- Map and optimise payment operations processes to improve speed, accuracy and scalability.
- Design and deploy automation and AI-driven workflows to reduce manual work.
- Partner with product, engineering and compliance teams to implement improvements.
- Track operational KPIs and continuously identify efficiency opportunities.
Profile
- Experience in payment operations, fintech operations or process optimisation.
- Hands-on with automation tooling and an understanding of applied AI use cases.
- Analytical, structured and comfortable working cross-functionally.
- Fluent English; based in or near Paris.
