Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Managing Director who will play a pivotal role in setting the company’s strategic direction and spearheading its growth. The Managing Director will oversee all aspects of the business, including business development, operations, and financial management.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Extensive experience in business banking and mergers and acquisitions.
• Proven leadership experience in a senior management role.
• Exceptional ability in developing and executing business strategies.
• Strong financial understanding and experience in fiscal management.
• Highly skilled in negotiation and relationship management.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Language Requirements:

• Proficient in both German and English. French is a plus.

• Track record of successfully scaling a similar business.
• LBa license or former fiduciary expertise.
