Partoo is a SaaS platform that helps retail chains, franchise networks and local businesses manage their online presence, customer reviews and customer messaging across their points of sale. Founded in Paris in 2014 and B Corp certified, the company serves hundreds of chains and manages around 200,000 points of sale from its offices in Paris and Barcelona.
Missions
- Lead the Finance Ops team covering invoicing, collections, accounting and expense management, reporting to the CFO.
- Own the order-to-cash cycle, treasury and working capital.
- Run the monthly, quarterly and annual closes and move the company towards a faster close.
- Manage relations with accounting firms and the statutory auditor and oversee tax compliance.
- Supervise the accounting of the foreign subsidiaries, including intercompany and multi-currency consolidation.
- Redesign finance processes with automation and AI at the core to build a single source of financial truth.
- Map and diagnose the function in the first 90 days, then present a 12 to 18 month vision to the executive committee.
Profile
- Accounting background such as DSCG, DEC or equivalent, and/or three to five years in an audit or accounting firm, followed by senior corporate finance experience.
- Experience managing a team, closing the books, managing outsourced accounting and handling audits.
- Experience in multi-entity or international environments; scale-up or SaaS experience is a plus.
- Hands-on experience designing or leading a tool rollout, migration or insourcing of finance processes.
- Genuine interest in finance automation and AI and a record of training teams.
- Professional French and English.
