Morpho is a decentralized lending protocol for the crypto economy, providing an open, non-custodial network for lending and borrowing digital assets that powers savings and borrowing products used by consumer apps and exchanges. As Head of CEO Office (Chief of Staff), you will work directly with the CEO to drive the company’s most important priorities.
Missions
- Act as a strategic partner to the CEO, driving key company-wide priorities and projects.
- Prepare analyses, decision materials and communications for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and ensure follow-through on strategic goals.
- Prepare board, investor and leadership meetings.
- Identify operational gaps and put structure behind fast-moving priorities.
Profile
- Experience in consulting, investing, operations or a chief-of-staff role.
- Excellent structured thinking, analytical and communication skills.
- Interest in crypto, DeFi or fintech.
- High autonomy, discretion and comfort with ambiguity.
- Fluent in English; able to work from Paris or New York.
