Founding Partnerships

About Marble. Marble is an open-source, AI-first compliance platform that helps banks, fintechs and crypto exchanges fight fraud and money laundering. Compliance officers use it to inspect and own the rules protecting their business, with no black box. Founded in Paris in 2023, the company works with more than fifty clients worldwide and runs an international team.

Missions

  • Join as Marble’s first partnerships hire and build the function from the ground up.
  • Define what partnerships mean at Marble: which partners, which model and which offers.
  • Identify the key partners in the ecosystem, including integrators, consulting firms and complementary technology vendors, and build strong relationships with them.
  • Enable partners to sell and deploy Marble through training, materials and joint offers.
  • Run the partner pipeline and track what it brings in.
  • Hand over to the Account Executives when a specific deal needs them, and stay in the loop.
  • Work closely with the founders and the sales and marketing teams.

Profile

  • Fluent in English, which is non-negotiable.
  • Five to eight years in partnerships, with partners working in financial services such as banks, fintechs, credit, payments or regtech.
  • You have already built or scaled a partner network rather than only managed an existing one.
  • Comfortable with a technical, regulated product and able to explain it to partners.
  • Structured and autonomous: you can design a function from a blank page and make it run.
  • Based in or willing to work from central Paris, with remote work up to three days a week.
