Missions
- Partner with the founders on strategic priorities, from fundraising to go-to-market
- Drive cross-functional projects across sales, product, and operations
- Set up and improve internal processes as the company scales
- Prepare materials for investors, partners, and board updates
- Jump into whatever is most critical for the business at any given time
Profile
- Experience in consulting, banking, or a founding/early team role at a startup
- Strong generalist skillset with the ability to context-switch across functions
- Comfortable in a fast-moving, early-stage environment with high ownership
- Excellent communication and project management skills
