Missions
- Own end-to-end delivery of your engagements across scope, plan, budget, risk and quality.
- Lead multi-workstream implementations visible to senior business and IT stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across geographies, including third-party system integrators.
- Use AI productivity tools and agentic workflows to raise delivery efficiency and customer outcomes.
Profile
- 8+ years of professional services or consulting delivery experience.
- 3+ years leading large, complex programmes or engagement portfolios of $3M+ scope.
- 3+ years of direct Life Sciences experience across commercial, medical, regulatory and IT stakeholders.
- Experience leading cross-functional delivery teams, including third-party system integrators.
