About Hexa. Hexa (formerly eFounders) is a Paris-based startup studio that designs, builds and launches B2B software companies alongside their founders, with more than sixty companies created to date. This role sits inside WTF, the studio programme led by Hexa partner Raphaël Vullierme, with offices in Paris and San Francisco. You act as chief of staff and go-to-market lead across the ventures being built.
Missions
- Own go-to-market for each WTF company: positioning, first customers, sales, pricing and GTM experiments, plus the tools and trackers to run them.
- Run the weekly operating cadence of kick-offs, product meetings and end-of-week recaps, including notes and decision tracking.
- Act as the founders’ first contact for anything outside their scope and as the link between the ventures and Hexa’s Finance, Legal, Talent and Communications teams.
- Run discovery for new ideas: outreach, market sizing, positioning and the opportunity note.
- Grow the founder pipeline with the Talent team and build WTF’s visibility with the brand team.
- Improve shared AI tooling, playbooks and reusable systems across the studio.
Profile
- Two to four years of experience in founding, GTM, growth, operations or engineering at a tech company or within the startup ecosystem.
- Hands-on builder of automations, tools, dashboards and experiments.
- Strong appetite for cold outreach and for landing the first customers.
- High agency and a track record of shipping without being told how.
- Hard-working, hungry and comfortable in front of founders, at events and representing the studio.
- Uses AI tools daily and keeps testing better set-ups.
- Works in English.
