Zuständigkeiten
- Own Dalma’s overall insurance strategy: product design, pricing, underwriting and risk management across France and Germany.
- Manage relationships with insurer and reinsurance partners and ensure regulatory compliance (broker model under ORIAS).
- Monitor and improve loss ratios, claims performance and portfolio profitability.
- Define and evolve guarantees, coverage and wellness packages in line with customer needs.
- Partner with product, data and operations to keep the claims and reimbursement experience fast and transparent.
- Build and lead the insurance team as the company scales across Europe.
Profile
- Senior experience in insurance, ideally P&C / health or insurtech, including underwriting, actuarial or pricing exposure.
- Strong understanding of insurer/reinsurer partnerships and European insurance regulation.
- Data-driven approach to risk, pricing and portfolio management.
- Leadership experience building and scaling teams in a high-growth environment.
- Fluent in French and English; comfortable operating across France and Germany.
