Responsabilités
- Own and drive the product vision and roadmap across Vizzia’s surveillance and waste-detection product lines.
- Lead and grow the product management team, instilling discovery and outcome-driven practices.
- Translate field needs from municipalities and enforcement teams into prioritized, shippable features.
- Partner closely with engineering, AI/computer vision, hardware, design and go-to-market teams.
- Define product KPIs and use customer feedback and data to guide decisions.
- Support European expansion with scalable, localizable product capabilities.
Profile
- Significant product leadership experience, ideally in B2B/B2G SaaS, IoT or hardware-software products.
- Proven track record building and scaling product teams and roadmaps in high-growth environments.
- Strong technical fluency, including working with AI/computer vision and connected-device products.
- Customer-obsessed, outcome-oriented and comfortable moving between strategy and execution.
- Fluent in French and English.
