About: Primo helps companies manage their IT, including the full lifecycle of employee devices. As Supply Ops Associate, you will own device operations: international suppliers, catalogue, stock, pricing and delivery.
Missions
- Negotiate with and manage suppliers worldwide.
- Keep the device catalogue accurate and available, including stock and pricing.
- Oversee delivery operations for customers.
- Automate repetitive tasks with AI and scripts.
- Lead operational rollouts for new services and country launches, reporting to the Head of the Device Lifecycle business unit.
Profile
- 1 to 2 years’ experience in supply operations, purchasing or category management.
- Curious about AI and focused on automation, keen to own and improve messy processes.
- Meticulous with numbers and highly organised, with a strong sense of the customer.
- A natural communicator, equally at ease on supplier calls and with executives.
- Fluent in English and French.
