Edward Galle seeks a results-driven Recruitment Manager to lead our talent acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will excel at listening to customer needs and matching them with the most suitable candidates from our extensive database. You will create a seamless and effective recruitment process, helping both our clients and candidates achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
  2. Candidate Sourcing: Utilize our candidate database to identify potential hires that meet client needs.
  3. Team Leadership: Manage a team of recruiters, setting targets and monitoring performance.
  4. Process Improvement: Continuously improve the recruitment process for efficiency and effectiveness.
  5. Database Management: Ensure the candidate database is up-to-date and accurately reflects available talent.
  6. Client Retention: Develop and maintain strong relationships through regular follow-ups and excellent service.
  7. Reporting: Generate and present reports on recruitment metrics, including but not limited to client satisfaction and team performance.
  8. Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to serve clients better.

Expérience :

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Proven track record of successfully staffing roles across various industries.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
