Vibe is a self-serve streaming-TV (CTV) advertising platform that lets small and mid-sized businesses launch, target, optimise and measure ad campaigns across premium streaming apps and channels. As People AI Operations Lead, you will run and modernise People operations with an AI-first approach.
Missions
- Own and improve People operations, processes and tooling across the employee lifecycle.
- Introduce AI and automation to make HR workflows faster and more scalable.
- Support recruiting, onboarding and employee experience.
- Maintain accurate people data, reporting and compliance.
- Partner with managers and leadership on People initiatives.
Profile
- Experience in People/HR operations, ideally in a fast-growing tech company.
- Strong process, tooling and automation mindset; comfortable with AI tools.
- Highly organised, hands-on and data-driven.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional skills.
- Fluent in English; hybrid from central Paris.
