Marso Robotics builds intelligent, robust and rapidly deployable AI companion robots for logistics operators, tackling the hardest manual tasks in the warehouse with embodied AI and no WMS integration required. As Warehouse Robotics Operations Manager (Responsable Opérations & Maintenance Robotique), you will oversee on-site operations for robots used in development, testing, validation and data collection, and you will set up and scale the robotic warehouse operations area.
Responsabilités
- Organize, develop and scale the operational warehouse area as it expands.
- Supervise day-to-day robot operations on site.
- Recruit, manage and coordinate a team of operational technicians in the field.
- Ensure the proper execution of testing, validation and data collection phases.
- Coordinate field activities with the Robotics, Software and Hardware teams.
- Identify, report and follow up on issues observed during operations.
- Contribute to robot performance and behavior analysis and to continuous improvement of field processes.
- Monitor operational KPIs and ensure the quality of collected data.
- Support the preparation, installation and operation of robotic platforms.
