About: Roundtable is a European fintech platform for private asset management, administering investment vehicles for founders and investors. As Operations Associate, you will sit at the centre of the company’s engine, running vehicle operations across Sales, Legal and clients.
Missions
- Own investment vehicle projects end to end, including legal incorporation, bank coordination, KYC checks and deal closings.
- Deliver closings to tight timelines as the link between Sales, Legal and clients.
- Spot repetitive work and replace it with automation, using internal AI agents and tooling.
- Guide founders and investors through complex administrative, accounting and legal matters.
- Improve operational processes continuously as the platform scales.
Profile
- 2 to 4 years’ experience in operations or a client-facing role, ideally in fintech, legal tech or venture capital.
- Fluent with AI tools and eager to automate your own work.
- Autonomous, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Team-oriented and comfortable working across functions.
- Fluent in French and English; another European language is a plus.
