Missions
- Own and drive the product vision for a strategic product line, giving it clear direction and maximizing its business impact.
- Build, align and prioritize squad roadmaps across short and medium-term horizons.
- Lead, coach and grow a team of Product Managers, raising the maturity of the product organization.
- Partner closely with Tech and Design leadership on strategic and operational trade-offs.
- Ensure high-quality delivery in a continuous-deployment environment.
- Steer product and business KPIs (adoption, value, impact) and contribute to Agicap’s broader product vision.
- Drive key decisions on launching, iterating, scaling or sunsetting products.
Profile
- 8+ years of experience in Product Management, including a proven track record as Head of Product or an equivalent role.
- Experience in B2B SaaS, scale-up or fintech environments.
- Ability to understand and structure complex business problems and translate them into product strategy.
- Strong, business-impact-oriented approach with the ability to prioritize, arbitrate and measure success.
- Natural leadership, clear cross-functional communication and comfort working with demanding senior stakeholders.
- Autonomous, structured and ambitious; a doer and problem-solver able to operate strategically and hands-on.
