About: Doctolib is Europe’s leading e-health platform for booking medical appointments and managing care for patients and practitioners. As Head of Design System, you will lead the foundations that keep Doctolib’s product experience consistent at scale.
Missions
- Own the vision, strategy and roadmap for Doctolib’s design system.
- Lead and grow a team of designers and engineers dedicated to the system.
- Partner with product, design and engineering to drive adoption across teams.
- Ensure accessibility, quality and consistency across all platforms.
Profile
- Significant experience building and scaling design systems in large product organisations.
- Proven leadership of cross-functional design and engineering teams.
- Strong understanding of accessibility and front-end implementation.
- Fluent English; based in or near Paris.
