About: Nativ is building an AI-native orchestration layer for industrial operations, starting with order processing for Customer Service and Supply teams. As founding Forward Deployed Engineer, you will turn signed customers into live production deployments at large European industrial companies, and set up how the deployment function works.
Missions
- Lead kick-off and discovery on site, scope solutions against real workflows and data, and take projects from pilot to production.
- Build integrations with customer ERPs (SAP S/4HANA), EDI, SFTP, APIs and portals, and write production code for their data and edge cases.
- Act as the trusted technical owner for each customer, running business reviews, handling escalations and growing accounts.
- Turn field insights into reusable features and product requirements, and contribute to the core platform.
- Design evals and guardrails, train customer teams and manage change so adoption lasts.
- Build the deployment playbook and implementation standards.
Profile
- At least four years shipping production software, with real time spent working directly with customers.
- Experience integrating with third-party systems such as ERPs, EDI, SFTP and external APIs.
- Experience building and deploying LLM-based applications, using evals and guardrails.
- Strong TypeScript or Python and SQL/NoSQL skills.
- Comfortable leading workshops, travelling to customer sites and presenting to leadership.
- Fluent in French and English; SAP or Infor experience is a plus.
