Events Manager

Job Details.

FVN is seeking a skilled Events Manager to oversee and execute various events to foster research, discussion, and awareness regarding the digital transformation of SMEs in Canto de Vaud. The ideal candidate will have experience in event planning and management, focusing on delivering high-impact events that resonate with our mission.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Event Planning: Design, plan, and execute various events, including seminars, workshops, conferences, and networking events.
  2. Vendor Management: Source and manage relationships with vendors, venues, and speakers.
  3. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with industry experts, academics, and other stakeholders to ensure the relevance and impact of the events.
  4. Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote events through social media, email campaigns, and partnerships.
  5. Budget Management: Create and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with organizational goals.
  6. Logistics: Coordinate all logistical elements of events, including transportation, accommodation, and on-site management.
  7. Team Coordination: Lead and collaborate with internal teams and external partners for seamless event planning and execution.
  8. Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze event performance metrics to inform future planning.

Expérience :

  • Minimum of 5 years in event planning and management, preferably in a professional association or related field.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Event Planning, or a related field.
