The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in innovation strategies and design thinking and a deep understanding of the challenges in regulated sectors.

Summary:

This role focuses on guiding companies through design thinking methodologies and building capture growth vehicles within their open innovation ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategy Formulation: Develop and refine the strategy for engaging with companies in regulated industries.
2. Design Thinking: Lead workshops, webinars, and training sessions on design thinking methodologies specific to regulated sectors.
3. Capture Growth: Identify and construct capture growth vehicles within client companies’ open innovation ecosystems.
4. Client Engagement: Act as the primary contact for participating companies, offering expert guidance and feedback.
5. Ecosystem Building: Foster relationships with stakeholders, including governmental agencies, to build a thriving ecosystem around the framework.
6. Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the framework’s impact.
7. Stakeholder Communication: Report to senior management and external stakeholders on the framework’s implementation and effectiveness status.
8. Knowledge Sharing: Contribute to creating whitepapers, blogs, and thought leadership material based on the learnings and outcomes of the framework.

Expérience :

• Minimum of 5 years experience in innovation, strategy, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in facilitating design thinking methodologies.
• Past work in or with regulated industries is strongly preferred.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Innovation Management, or a related field.
