PrettyWell seeks a dedicated and empathetic Community Manager to build, nurture, and grow our community focused on women’s health, hygiene, and beauty. This role will be central to our mission to support adherence among consumers and patients. The ideal candidate will be adept at creating engaging content, fostering meaningful discussions, and leveraging analytics to ensure a supportive and active community.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Content Creation: Develop and post engaging content that resonates with our target audience and supports adherence initiatives.
  2. Community Engagement: Facilitate discussions, respond to queries, and encourage user-generated content within the community.
  3. Analytics Monitoring: Use social listening and analytics tools to track community KPIs, gathering insights to inform future strategies.
  4. Support client: Work closely with the customer service team to address specific patient or consumer issues, providing a seamless experience.
  5. Feedback Loop: Collect and analyze community feedback for product development and program improvements.
  6. Campaign Management: Implement and oversee adherence campaigns targeted towards specific sub-groups within the community.
  7. Reporting: Provide detailed reports to senior management about community metrics, engagement rates, and adherence levels.
  8. Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with other departments, such as marketing, customer support, and product development, to align community strategies with broader organizational goals.

Expérience :

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in community management or social media management.
  • Experience in the healthcare or beauty industry is a plus.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
