About: Joko is building one of the world’s most ambitious shopping apps — cashback, automatic coupons, price alerts and carbon tracking — used by millions of shoppers across thousands of merchants, with teams in Paris, Barcelona and New York. The Chief of Staff works directly alongside the leadership team to accelerate execution across the company.
Missions
- Act as a trusted right hand to the founders and leadership team on strategic and operational priorities.
- Drive company-wide projects end to end, from framing the problem to landing measurable results.
- Prepare board materials, business reviews and key decision-making analyses.
- Identify bottlenecks across teams and put structure and process in place to remove them.
Profile
- Experience in consulting, investment, or a fast-scaling startup environment.
- Excellent structured thinking, analytical rigour and written communication.
- Strong ownership and comfort operating with ambiguity and high autonomy.
- Fluent English; based in or willing to be based in Paris.
