About Matis: Matis is regulated by the AMF as a crowdfunding services provider and lets investors co-invest in project companies that each hold a major 19th- or 20th-century artwork. Founded in 2023, it operates in Europe and the United States, with entities in France, Italy, Switzerland and the US. Matis is moving from deal-by-deal offers to a regulated alternative investment fund, and the Chief Financial Officer will define, build and lead the finance function through this shift.
